Reactive Hot Melt Applicator CP-05-PUR

This is a hot melt applicator for moisture-curing types. It is a compact type that is ideal for using PUR and POR adhesives.

We have manufactured a compact type PUR melter based on requests from our users. To ensure stable use of PUR, which is a moisture-curing hot melt, regular maintenance is important. Therefore, we designed the hopper with a shape that has no irregularities to facilitate easy maintenance. Additionally, we simplified the flow path of the hot melt as much as possible. We have also ensured sufficient melting capacity, and we have received high praise from our users. If there are any other requests, we have the know-how to manufacture medium and large PUR melters, and we will produce them according to the necessary supply pump and temperature control channel requirements.

This is a domestically produced hot melt applicator made to order. Since it is produced upon request, it can accommodate various specifications such as tank capacity.

In many sites where hot melt applicators are used, when troubles occur with the applicator, it often necessitates stopping the entire production line, and spending time on troubleshooting can lead to significant financial losses. To mitigate risks, many users keep various spare parts on hand, but when it comes to electrical issues, the current situation is that they often rely on the manufacturer. Our hot melt applicators are equipped with electrical control circuits made from domestically sourced components, allowing for easy identification of the cause of electrical troubles and obtaining and replacing parts if necessary. This capability can significantly reduce downtime and greatly minimize the risk of production equipment halting. While regular maintenance is essential for equipment, our design also emphasizes maintainability, achieving reductions in both time and costs associated with maintenance. We design our products considering the characteristics of the hot melt materials you use, which has led to very high evaluations even in the field after implementation.
